“Because tonights the night, the night, ooohhhhh”
Little Phil Collins reference for ya.
Opening night of the Carnival of Terror is tonight! Which is a really good thing because I don’t know how long I could have kept up this schedule. I was working at the house untill 1:30am last night. 1:15am the night before. All this after working at my day job. Man, I’m tired. Let’s hope it’s all worth it.
You might notice that it’s Friday, and we were supposed to open yesterday. Well the city was giving us a bunch of shit. Suprise inspections and permits that they never informed us about. But we weren’t the only ones. No one in the city was approved yet, and we do have the inspectors coming to our place first today.

Still not a rock star
I have been bad guitar student. Although in my defense, I do have a lot of shit going on right now. I’m going to talk to my instructor guy on Saturday, to see if maybe I should post pone the rest of my lessons untill November. I simply don’t have the time to dedicate to it. And I really want to learn, which makes it even worse. I’m totally bummed out that I can’t sit for at least an hour a day on it. ![]()
My take on married life so far
Since I’ve been married and with the exception of the day after our wedding, I’ve only seen my wife for like 30 minutes total. My schedule is crazy. So I have no real take yet. I was told by some friends that you do feel a different after the wedding. You feel, closer than before. Even if you lived together, like Kelly and I did. The wierdest part is it’s true. I don’t know what it is, but I do feel a little different. It’s not a bad thing, it actually feels better. I don’t know, it’s hard to explain…..so I’ll stop trying.
