Again I find my self excited for the weekend. I’ve had kind of a rough week at work, so I’m looking forward to the time off. All I have to do is clean my corner of the kitchen counter, and I’m good. We’re having family over to celebrate my birthday on Saturday, seeing how the Thanksgiving weekend is so busy for everyone. I’m not quit sure who all is coming over though, I think just my Mom and Mike. I’ll find out tomorrow for sure.

Last night I started working on my very first 100% digital photoshop picture. Drawn 100% from scratch. I love it. The pictures crap right now, but I’m learning a lot. I decided to do a JSCaC picture. I figured it would be good practice. Metal, cloth and flesh together. I have the base layers all done, now I just have to add all the detail layers. I shouldn’t even post a pic of it because I’m not close to being done, but I’m having such a good time with it, so here it is:

Like I said, it looks like crap now. I need to add details, and sharpen the whole thing up. The only part that’s completed, is the hair. But I’ve only worked on it for a couple hours so far, so I’m happy with the current results.
