Loving the bikes still
Damn, these things are fun. We rode to Kels grandma and grandpa’s house yesterday. Then we stopped by my dad’s before heading home. Good times.
On the way home from work today, it started raining. We were going to Bonnies to play cards at 7, so we didn’t have time for a bike ride tonight. When I got home, Kel was already on the treadmill. She finished up, and I hopped on the treadmill. I love the first week of working out and eating right. You lose so much weight, it really feels like what you’re doing has an impact. When in actuality, the weight loss will stunt itself sometime next week. But after getting off the scale today after the treadmill run, I’m happier than I was yesterday. 
And Saturday, we decided to go to Stoney Creek to ride around there. I’m totally excited. I need to get to the bike shop though, to pick up a new water bottle holder, and bottle before we go. I’ll go tomorrow after work. I was also thinking about putting together a little poker game tomorrow night, but I’m not sure yet. We’ll see…

I’m back on the regiment. It’s nice to have someone to go along with me though. Tonight I will hop on the treadmill (after Kels done, because she gets home before me :P) then I think I’m going for another bike ride.
ANGIE I HAVE GOTTEN FLABBY!!! It sucks… couple more weeks and I will good to go!
