Quality my ass. Does quality mean lying to the customer? Listen to this shit.

We call these guys to come out and give us an estimate on removing a tree. They tell us that they will be out within 24 hours. 2 days later we call them back to ask them what the deal is.
Here’s how the conversation went:
The lady: “I don’t know, let me call him (the guy that was supposed to come out) and find out what the deal is.”
She then calls Kelly back
The lady: “he came out yesterday, and put the estimate in your door”.
Kelly: “Which door”?
The lady: “The door with the note on it that says to leave packages there”
Kelly: “oh, he did that yesterday?”
The lady: “yes”
Kelly: “He couldn’t have done that yesterday since I just put that note on the door this morning.”

See, we are expecting a delivery today, and Kelly put the note out so they would leave it, instead of us having to go pick it up. This asshole at Quality Tree Service just flat out lied because he was too god damn lazy to come out when he said he was going to. And the dumb shit got caught. Just tell us you’re a lazy peice of trash, instead of lying, dickhead.

Once it’s full, I’ll take pictures and post them so you all can see it.

Other than that, not much going on today. I have Happy Valentine’s Day by Outkast playing on the iPod right now, and I’m about ready to go to lunch. And it’s only 9:30. :/
