Weird morning. I was tossing and turning this morning for a little while before I decided to look and see how much time I had left…to continue to toss and turn.

When I looked at the clock I realized that it was 10 minutes later then when I normally get up. It’s kind of like dumping cold water on your head, as you immediatley jump out of bed, and are off and running. I asked Kel if she heard the alarm go off at all, thinking that I might have turned it off while I was sleeping. She didn’t hear it either. Everything wakes her up, so I deduced that the alarm didn’t go off this morning. I’m SURE I checked it last night before I went to bed to make sure it was set.

Weird.

Speaking of weird things, does anyone else find it weird that weird is spelled w-e-i-r-d? I mean, isn’t the rule “i” before “e” except after “c”? I’m pretty sure that there isn’t a “c” in the word weird, so it would seem that it should be spelled wierd. But it’s not. It’s spelled weird. man, the english language is fucked up.
