Hour 42

Hour 42, and still going. I wouldn’t exactly say strong…but I’m still going. I’m sort of a zombie. However, we are basically done with they go live day, as far as customers are concerned, and it seemed to go really well. No major issues at all really. We still have to close the day, so we still may have issues, but so far so good. It’s funny, when I upgraded the Muskegon store, we went live on a Monday. It ended up being one of the busiest Mondays they’ve had in a while. Well, as luck would have it, the Alpine store today also had it’s busiest Wednesday in a while. So the employees had a crash course today, lol. For the most part, they did fine though.

Right now I’m just waiting for 2:00am so we can run the reports, and I can head back to the hotel. I was good till about an hour ago. Then I started to hit a wall, lol. I’m just about spent right now. The employees that are here hanging out after their shifts are over offered to buy me a beer for all my hard work, which was cool. I didn’t take it though since I have to be up in a few hours to go to Celebration and start the work there.

I really just want to get home to meet my new puppy, lol.

    I met your new puppy and she is so sweet and a lover. The boys loved her and she loved them. Tyler would rather play in the cage than play with either of the dogs right now. But hopefully he’ll grow out of that, otherwise Ho Ho will have to bring him a dog cage for Christmas. You’ll see the movies when you get home.

    Can’t wait to meet my new granddog…Leeloo. Try saying that three times in a row fast. Can’t be done. Chloe is anxious to meet her new cousin. Great job Scott on the go lives. Success is everything…keep it up.
